2026 Presentation List Now Available!
NCUGM 1st Annual Cosmos Datathon 2026
Join colleagues from across North Carolina for an interactive, hands-on exploration of Epic Cosmos data at NCUGM 2026! Participants will form multidisciplinary teams to investigate real-world questions using de-identified, multi-institutional EHR data from more than 200 million patients nationwide. This year’s datathon will highlight opportunities to advance health equity, study care variation, and develop data-driven approaches to improving population health.
- Who should attend: Clinicians, data scientists, analysts, and informaticians interested in learning how to use large-scale clinical data for research and quality improvement.
- Format: Half-day collaborative event with guided analytics challenges, mentoring from Cosmos experts, and opportunities to showcase findings.
